We recommend decluttering, cleaning, and staging each room to make it look as appealing as possible. Open all blinds and curtains to let in natural light and make sure all light bulbs are working. We also provide a comprehensive Seller's Checklist to all clients for distribution to sellers for completion.
Yes, while we do not offer full staging services ourselves, we provide referrals and will make minor adjustments during the shoot to enhance the presentation of your property. Due to scheduling constraints, our photographers are unable to move large quantities of items from room to room. Our appointment times are carefully allocated based on the size of the property, as our photographers have subsequent appointments to attend.
It's not necessary for you to be present, but it can be helpful for access and to answer any questions that may arise. We can also coordinate with your real estate agent, as they are typically the ones to provide photography to their clients.
